Das Unternehmen hat fünf Tochtergesellschaften, die in der Öl- und Gasraffination und -vermarktung sowie in der geologischen Forschung und Erkundung tätig sind. Zum 31. Dezember 2011 war der Hauptaktionär des Unternehmens die Chimimport Group EAD Sofia mit einem Anteil von 49,84%.
