Sara Khalafi

Sara Khalafi joined Disruptive in 2019 and serves as Head of Investor Relations, where she focuses on maintaining the firm’s investor relationships and overseeing internal operations around investor outreach and strategy.
Before joining Disruptive, she was the Senior Associate Analyst at Arnel & Affiliates, a single-family office with $3B AUM comprised of diversified holdings including direct investments, an internally managed portfolio, public and private external managers, and real estate.
At Arnel, she managed all communication with external managers and implemented processes to enhance efficiencies with professionalized performance reporting, internal controls, and due diligence processes.
She graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a distinguished high honors degree in Business Economics and was a member of the women’s varsity crew.
