Martin Gajdosech

Martin joined IPM in January 2020.
He is leading the investment team as Investment Director and covering the full investment cycle from deal origination to board representation.
Martin has over 10 years of work experience in private equity and transaction advisory.
Prior to IPM, Martin led the M&A team in the transatlantic investment company Axes Capital, where he was advising Canadian institutional investors as PSP on their infrastructure and renewable energy investments in Europe.
Martin executed Axes’ small to mid-size direct investments in assisted reproduction, air ambulance and renewable energy in both North America and Europe.
For 18 months he took a lead on financial management of UNICA GROUP as CFO – a group of assisted reproduction clinics in Central Europe.
Before joining Axes Capital, Martin spent nearly 4 years as part of the Transaction Advisory Services team at Ernst & Young, where he was involved in EUR1bn+ multinational transactions.
Through participation in more than 20+ financial due diligence projects and 10+ valuation expert opinions, he enriched his knowledge in financial accounting, valuation and business modeling.
Martin studied at Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, USA and earned his master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Economics in Prague.
After passing all three CFA exams, he became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 2017.
