Carlos C. Cruz

Carlos Cruz is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at HarbourView Equity Partners.
Prior to joining HarbourView, Carlos spent nearly 6 years at Fifth Third Bank where he grew the entertainment practice and spearheaded the advertising and marketing technology lending practices, originating, structuring, and arranging bank and subordinated debt facilities.
Prior to Fifth Third, Carlos was in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment group underwriting and originating companies across TMT, focusing on Media and Entertainment.
Carlos began his career as an analyst at Merrill Lynch.
Carlos received a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
