Prior to working at Bank of America, he worked for Cargill Investor Services as a trade specialist within the area of commodities futures and options, reconciling customer positions and resolving inconsistencies on a daily basis.
Mr. Neale graduated from Principia College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics.
