Elledge Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Matthew Elledge has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2004.
From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Elledge was President of MVE Enterprises LLC, a financial consulting firm.
He served as Vice President of New West Capital Inc., a venture capital firm from 2000 to 2001 and was Director of Investor Relations for Jato Communications Corporation, a telecommunications firm, from 1999 to 2000.
Mr. Elledge received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business in 1999.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant and was a Manager for Ernst & Young LLP from 1994 to 1998.
