Voya Investment Management Co. LLC (Voya IM) is a SEC-registered investment advisor and mutual fund manager headquartered in New York City. Formerly known as ING Investment Management Co. LLC, the firm was founded in 1972 under the name of Aetna Capital Management, Inc. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Voya Investment Management LLC, ultimately held by Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA). Voya IM provides investment management services to a wide range of clients and investment vehicles.

Founded in 1970 by Claude Rosenberg, RCM Capital Management LLC, formerly Rosenberg Capital Management, RCM Capital Management LLC is a registered investment advisor headquartered in San Francisco with additional offices in London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney. The firm was also previously known as Dresdner RCM Global Investors. RCM is a division of RCM U.S. Holdings LLC and their ultimate parent is Allianz SE. RCM manages portfolios for individuals and institutions. They also manage the Allianz/Dresdner family of mutual funds. The firm provides investment management services to clients around the world including: pension funds, blue chip multinational companies, investment trusts, governments, insurance companies and charitable foundations.

Allianz Global Investors U.S. LLC (AllianzGI US) is an investment advisory firm headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded in 2001 as Allianz Global Investors Capital LLC. In 2022, Voya Investment Management Co. LLC, which is ultimately owned by Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), acquired the firm from Allianz SE (ETR: ALV). AllianzGI US provides portfolio management services to a variety of individual and institutional clients as well as certain Wrap Fee Programs.
