Hart Neff

Ms. Hart Neff is Vice President-Marketing at Vestar Development Co. Prior to joining Vestar, Ms. Neff held positions with The Mills Corporation, Simon Property Group and Nike, Inc. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, through which she received her CMD designation.
She is an active member and past chair of the Tempe Tourism Office Board of Directors, member of the Sitewire Advisory Board and a member of the American Marketing Association.
