Elena Landau

Elena Landau is currently the General Counsel at the Brazilian Association of Electricity Concessionaires since 2010.
She is also a Partner at Sérgio Bermudes since 2007.
Previously, she served as the Chairman at Eletrobrás Participações SA, Director at Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras SA, Director at Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais SA from 1998 to 2000, Director at Companhia de Gás de São Paulo-Comgás, Director at Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social SA from 1994 to 1996, Director at Bolsa de Valores do Rio de Janeiro from 1994 to 1996, and Managing Director at Bear Stearns Do Brasil Ltda.

She has also served as an Independent Director at Eneva SA, Sub-Chief at Confederacao Nacional da Industria, and Vice President-Electric Energy Commission at Rio de Janeiro State Bar from 2010 to 2011.
Ms. Landau holds an undergraduate degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 1976, a graduate degree from the same university in 1982, and another graduate degree in 2006.
