Budhi Dyah Sitawati

Budhi Dyah Sitawati is currently serving as an Independent Commissioner at PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk since 2010.
She is also working as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Australia) and as a Commissioner at PT Bravo Outdoor Supplies & Services.
In addition, she holds the position of President Commissioner at PT Bangkit Maju Wisata since 2019 and serves as a Trustee at Maybank Foundation since 2017.
Previously, Ms. Sitawati worked as an Executive Director at PT Prima Wahana Caraka from 1990 to 2005.
She also held the position of Director at PT Apsara Selaras Investa from 2009 to 2011.
Furthermore, she worked as an Audit Manager at Hadi Sutanto & Rekan in 1988-1989 and as a Tax Partner at PT Pricewaterhousecoopers Consulting Indonesia from 1989 to 2005.
She has also worked as an Auditor at SGV Utomo Mulia & Co. from 1982 to 1984 and at PT Pricewaterhousecoopers from 1985 to 1989.
Additionally, she served as a Commissioner at PT Lintas Jeram Nusantara from 2004 to 2011 and as the President Commissioner at PT Regulo Lintas Nusantara from 2007 to 2011.
She was a Member-Supervisory Board at Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa from 2009 to 2011.
She started her career as an Auditor at KAP Drs.
Utomo, Mulia & Co. from 1982 to 1984.
Ms. Sitawati completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Indonesia in 1984.
