Mr. Flemer joined Eaton Vance Investment Counsel in 2007 from The Bank of New York Trust Company, Boston, where he was the Managing Director.
Prior to BNY, he was an Executive Vice President at Fleet Boston, serving as the National Sales Manager for Private Client Services and head of the Wealth Strategies Group.
He has 16 years in international banking at the Bank of Boston.
Mr. Flemer earned a B.A. in Middle East Studies from Ricker College.
He attended the American University in Cairo and Cairo University.
