B. Allen Fletcher

B. Allen Fletcher is President and Chief Executive Officer of RPM Advantage, Inc., which he founded in 1999.
He is a Member of the Sam Houston State University Alumni Association, the Houston Police Officers Association and Union, the Homicide Investigators of Texas, the Tomball Church of Christ and an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Prior to RPM Advantage, Mr. Fletcher served as Director-Asset Protection Services at Mir, Fox and Rodriguez PC.
He began his career as a Member of the Houston Police Department.
Mr. Fletcher retired as Supervisor in the Office of the Inspector General of Houston Police Department in 1998.
He is a 1977 honors graduate of the Houston Police Academy and a 1976 honors graduate of the East Texas Police Academy.
Mr. Fletcher received a BS in Police Science and Law Enforcement and an MS in Criminal Justice Management from Sam Houston State University.
