RATH steigt in den indischen Markt ein und erweitert die Feuerfestkapazität

Die Rath Aktiengesellschaft erwirbt im Rahmen ihres strategischen Wachstumsplans 33 % der Anteile an der AVANEE REFSOL PRIVATE LIMITED, Hyderabad 500 081, A.P., Indien, die Joint Venture Verträge wurden am 6. Februar 2024 in Hyderabad unterzeichnet.

Mit dem Beteiligungserwerb steigt die RATH Gruppe in den indischen Markt ein und sichert sich damit neue Wachstumschancen sowie Kapazitäten für den weltweiten Absatzmarkt. Rath wird die Beteiligungsgesellschaft neben Kapital mit Produktions- und Produkt-Know-How ausstatten.

RATH enters the Indian market and expands its refractory capacity

Rath Aktiengesellschaft acquires 33% of the shares in AVANEE REFSOL PRIVATE LIMITED, Hyderabad 500 081, A.P., India, as part of its strategic growth plan, the joint venture agreements were signed on February 6, 2024 in Hyderabad.

By acquiring this stake, the RATH Group is entering the Indian market and securing new growth opportunities and capacities for the global sales market. Rath will provide the associated company with capital as well as production and product expertise.
