Wilford Billy Heaven

Wilford Billy Heaven is currently the Chief Executive Officer at CHASE Fund.
He also holds positions as Deputy Chairman at The Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority and Special Olympics Jamaica.
Additionally, he serves as a Director at the Heart Institute of the Caribbean, Independent Director at Caribbean Flavours & Fragrances Ltd., and Director at West Indies Cricket Board.
He is a Member of the Association of Development Financing Institutions, Trustee-Critical Illness Trust Fund at Jamaica Teachers Association, President of Jamaica Cricket Association, Founding Member of Jamaica Conservation & Development Trust, Vice President of Courtney Walsh Foundation, and a Member of the National Council of Sports.
In the past, he has worked as a Director at University Hospital of The West Indies and Mico University College.
He has also served as the Executive Director of the National Development Foundation of Jamaica and President of Mico Old Students’ Association.
Mr. Heaven completed his undergraduate and MBA degrees at the University of the West Indies.
