Nunez is a Partner & Senior Advisor at Champlain Investment Partners LLC.
She has over 35 years of financial services experience to her role providing guidance on Champlain’s policies and operational issues, human capital and development, compensation, as well as mentoring members of the firm’s leadership.
She is a founding partner of the firm and previously served as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer (2009 – 2018) and Chief Operating Officer (2015 – 2021).
Prior to joining Champlain, Ms. Nunez was a Registered Principal at Equity Services, Inc., where she managed the home office operations of the broker-dealer.
Prior to that, she spent 14 years at Scudder Kemper Investments.
In her most recent role at Scudder Kemper, she was Vice President of The Regulatory Oversight Group; her group was responsible for all non-routine regulatory interactions, oversight of the Code of Ethics, as well as the compliance audit function.
Ms. Nunez also held management positions in distributor and advisor compliance and investment operations.
Ms. Nunez graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont and earned her MBA from Boston University.
