Victor Andrei

Mr. Victor Andrei is Director of Royalton Partners.
Mr. Andrei joined Royalton Partners in 2008.
Prior to joining Royalton, he worked as a financial advisor to several pension funds, investment funds and financial institutions.
Between 1996 and 2007, he worked at Citibank Romania in several positions, most recently as deputy general manager.
He also helped to establish Citibank's operations in Bulgaria.
From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Andrei worked at the National Bank of Romania in both the IT department and in the Foreign Reserves Management Department.
Between 1987 and 1992, he worked as an engineer managing the automation of a high voltage network.
Mr. Andrei serves as a member of the board of the insurance company CertAsig in Romania.
He holds an engineering degree from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, Faculty of Energy.
He also holds an economic degree from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
