Vere Warburton Gaynor

Mr. Vere W.
Gaynor is a Co-Founder, Director Emeritus, Portfolio Manager & Principal at Bahl & Gaynor, Inc. He is responsible for many of the guiding principles at the firm, including a singular commitment to dividend growth investing and employee ownership.
In his Portfolio Manager role, Mr. Gaynor works primarily with high net worth clients along with select institutional relationships.
He is also a Member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to forming Bahl & Gaynor, Mr. Gaynor previously worked at Scudder, Stevens & Clark as Managing Director and U.
S.
Trust as Portfolio Manager.
He received his Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science and MBA at Columbia University.
Prior to forming Bahl & Gaynor, he was a Managing Director of Scudder, Stevens & Clark and the Cincinnati Office Manager.
He was the head of Scudder’s Quality Growth Equity Product - the investment style which was applied to many of Scudder’s institutional portfolios.
In addition, he managed institutional and personal relationships with assets aggregating over $750 million.
Included were a dozen institutions where relationships spanned a decade or more.
Prior joining Scudder, he spent two years at U.S.
Trust where he assisted in managing large family portfolios.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Major: Political Science from Columbia University in 1970, MBA Concentration in Finance and International Business from Columbia University in 1971,
