Teresa Yue

Ms. Teresa Yue is responsible for managing the firm’s private markets tax function, inclusive of tax risk management, structuring, reporting, compliance, forecasting, and tax operations optimization.
Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Ms. Yue headed the tax compliance and operations at King Street Capital Management.
Prior to King Street, Ms. Yue was a Tax Manager at Centerbridge, focusing on their credit and distressed debt hedge fund business, and led as the tax department’s change management specialist.
Prior to Centerbridge, Ms. Yue was a Senior Manager in EY’s National Tax Department - Partnership Transactions group with a focus on their Wealth & Asset Management practice.
Ms. Yue graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Ms. Yue is licensed in the State of New York as a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Yue also serves on the leadership team of the non-profit organization, Ascend, as the New York Metro Chapter’s Executive Vice President of Internal Affairs.
