Prior to joining Churchill Pacific, LLC in December 2002, Ms. Hughes was the Chief Financial Officer for Transamerica Investment Services, Inc., where she was responsible for all administrative, accounting and compliance functions for the assets managed by Transamerica, including the Transamerica Premier Funds, Transamerica Income Shares and the structured accounts (CDO's).
From 1992 to 1996, she was an independent consultant.
From 1984 to 1992, she was the Chief Financial Officer for Janus Capital Corporation.
From 1978 through 1984, she was with Grant Thornton & Co., specializing in audits of manufacturing companies, broker/dealers and regulated investment companies.
Ms. Hughes holds a B.B.A.
in Accounting (with honors) from James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
