Stuart M. Rothenberg

Mr. Rothenberg has been a managing director and a partner of Goldman Sachs since 1996.
He has been head of the Real Estate Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs since 2003 and was the Chief Operating Officer of the Real Estate Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs from 1998 to 2003.
Mr. Rothenberg is the president and a member of the Board of Directors of The Archon Group, a member of the International Advisory Board for Eurohypo, a member of the Board of Directors of Kerzner International, and a former director of Starwood Lodging Trust.
He is a trustee of the Goldman Sachs Foundation, the Urban Land Institute and the Chapin School.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mt.
Sinai Pediatrics Center Foundation, the University of Pennsylvania Undergraduate Financial Aid Committee, the Real Estate Roundtable and the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center.
