During his tenure at Vivendi Universal, he had the opportunity to assist senior management across multiple businesses including Film, Television (Production and Cable), Music, Theme Parks, Interactive Gaming and Concerts develop, evaluate and execute strategic options that increased shareholder value.
Mr. Smith started his professional career working in investment banking for Paine Webber and Merrill Lynch after graduating from Dartmouth College with a BA in History.
