Sidhartha Palani

Prior to joining Highland, Mr. Palani was a Senior Associate with The Parthenon Group, where he worked in the private equity and corporate advisory practice areas.
While at Parthenon, he advised clients on acquisitions and developed growth and go-to-market strategies across various sectors including healthcare, consumer, education, and energy.
Mr. Palani graduated from Duke University with his B.S.
in Biomedical Engineering.
He enjoys golf, soccer, and playing music.
In his spare time, he also mentors high school students in the Boston area.
