Shruti Bhargava

Shruti Bhargava (New York) joined KKR in 2022 and is a member of the KKR Capstone team, heading up the insights function for KKR.
Ms. Bhargava partners with Americas Private Equity investment teams, focusing on driving due diligence and value creation efforts via market and customer insights at scale.
Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Bhargava spent ten years at McKinsey and Company, leading the insights function across verticals such as consumer, tech and media, retail and B2B for clients in several industries, including private equity.
Ms. Bhargava started her career in insights at leading data and market research firms before joining the consumer goods industry.
She spent time at Pepsico and Henkel working on driving cutting edge consumer and shopper insights for major brands.
Ms. Bhargava received her Master's in Marketing Research (MMR) from the University of Georgia.
