TFG Asset Management UK LLP (TFG AM-UK) is the alternative asset management subsidiary of TFG Asset Management UK Ltd., which is owned by Tetragon Financial Group Ltd. in Great Britain. The firm was founded by Reade Griffith, Michael Humphries and Patrick “Paddy” Dear in 2009 as Polygon Equities Partners LLP and renamed to Polygon Global Partners LLP in 2011. They rebranded as TFG Asset Management UK LLP in 2022. Headquartered in London, TFG AM-UK manages multi-disciplinary hedge fund vehicles across a number of strategies including convertibles, credit, distressed, mining, metals, commodities and volatility trading.

MKM Longboat Capital Advisors LLP (MKM) was a London-based investment management firm established in 2005 through a spin-off from the US-based Sagamore Hill Capital Management LP. The firm ceased operating early 2009 in the wake of the Lehman Bros. collapse, and reopened shortly afterwards as Fortrinn Partners LLP. MKM provided fund management services to corporate plan sponsors, endowments, financial intermediaries, funds of funds, insurers, high-net worth individuals, family offices and private banks. The firm managed the MKM Multi-Strategy Fund and the MKM Volatility Strategies Fund. In addition to the London office, MKM had an office in Jersey.
