Mr. Romain Perruchoud is a Senior Proxy Voting Manager at Ethos Services SA. He is in charge of analysing shareholder meetings, conducting environmental, social and governance assessments of companies, engaging in dialogue with companies as well as conducting specific studies on ESG issues.
He joined Ethos in 2015 as Corporate Governance Analyst.
