Byrnes is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer of Roan, Inc. and Roan Advisors, Inc., as well as a Trustee for the Byrnes Family Trust.
He previously served as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Tokos Medical Corp., President & Chief Executive Officer of Thermage, Inc., Roan, Inc., and Roan Advisors, Inc., and Vice President-Marketing & Business Development of Genentech, Inc. He also served as Director of Endocare, Inc., Allegro Ophthalmics LLC, and Caremark International, Inc., and as President of Caremark Rx, Inc. Byrnes holds an undergraduate degree from Ferris State University and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
