I am a ‘people person’, and I hugely enjoy getting to know founders and the businesses that they have built.
I have always had a strong focus on working with management teams to help them grow and expand their offerings in a sustainable manner.
As the Head of the Palatine Growth Credit fund, I am focused on finding new investment opportunities in fast-growing, scalable businesses across the regions throughout the UK.
I work very closely with management teams to accelerate growth, push into new markets, develop their impactful approach, and build towards a successful exit or event.
I joined Palatine in 2023, having spent 17 years in Corporate and Investment Banking and Fund Management.
I have spent the last ten years in Technology and Growth Credit financing and was part of the team that launched Barclays Venture Debt in 2013.
I have successfully launched 3 Growth Credit strategies into the market and am passionate about helping businesses reduce shareholder dilution and maximise their growth potential.
Outside of the office, I enjoy watching Cricket, Football and Tennis (or playing one of these sports very badly) and managing a household that includes twin 3-year-old boys that ensure my life is always busy!
