Richard L.
Sutton is a Member of The American Law Institute and a Member of the U.S.
Supreme Court Bar Association.
He is also an Independent Trustee for Unidel Foundation, Inc. since 2000.
Previously, he served as a Director for ING Global Real Estate Securities Ltd. from 2006 to 2011, Non-Independent Director for Schroder Global Real Estate Securities Ltd. from 2006 to 2015, Director for The Grand Opera House in 1976, Director for Wilmington Country Club, Inc. from 1987 to 2004, Director for American Judicature Society from 1995 to 1999, Director for University of Delaware Library Associates, Inc. from 1981 to 1999, and Of Counsel for Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP from 1966 to 2000.
He also served as an Independent Trustee for ING Clarion Global Real Estate Income Fund from 2010 to 2011 and as an Independent Trustee for CBRE Global Real Estate Income Fund from 2003 to 2019.
Mr. Sutton obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and his graduate degree from Yale Law School.
