Philip M.
Lynch has been our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of NTIC since 1979.
From May 2000 to May 2004, Mr. Lynch served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of NTIC.
Mr. Lynch has also served as Executive Vice President of Inter Alia Holding Company, a financial and management consulting firm, for more than six years.
Mr. Lynch is a member of the Board of Directors of EDR Media Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio.
