Pete Friedman has been Vice President of Product Development for ACH Food Cos., Inc since 1996.
Before joining ACH, he served as Vice President of Technology at Flavorite Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Friedman was Vice President of Technology at Bahlsen Inc. and Vice President of Applied Technology at Sara Lee Corporation.
Previously, he served as Senior Director of Research Engineering at Pepsico Inc. Mr. Friedman served as Chairman of the Food Service Executive Committee for the Institute of Food Technology, Secretary of the Foodservice Executive Committee for the IFT.
He was a Member of the American Association of Cereal Chemist, American Oil Chemist Society, and Institute of Shortening and Edible Oils Technical Committee.
Mr. Friedman received a BS degree and an MS degree in Chemical Engineering at Iowa State University.
