Warburg Research GmbH is an investment research firm headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. The firm was founded in 1996 and is a subsidiary of M.M. Warburg & Co. KGaA, which is owned by M.M. Warburg & Co. Gruppe GmbH. Warburg Research offers research coverage of the German stock market. As part of an industry-oriented research approach, companies are covered regardless of their market capitalization, with a focus on small and medium-sized companies.

Wolfgang Steubing AG Wertpapierdienstleister (Broker) is the brokerage division of Wolfgang Steubing AG Wertpapierdienstleister, an independent security trading bank headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany. Founded in 1987, the firm offers professional market-making, execution services and best execution in all asset classes (stocks, bonds, ETFs, structured products, derivatives, FX, etc.) for institutional clients. They operate on all German stock exchanges and have access to around 50 international stock exchanges and trading venues.

In May 2013, Kepler Capital Markets SA completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux SA from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA, a unit of Crédit Agricole SA. Kepler Capital Markets intends to combine its business with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux under a new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux, in 2013, and will be headquartered in Paris. They will have offices in Amsterdam, Boston, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, San Francisco, Stockholm, Vienna and Zurich.
