Prior to joining RTP Global as Partner in 2022, Nishit spent eight years with Indian e-commerce company Flipkart, managing various parts of the business – from beauty, fashion and supply chain efficiency.
He applies his extensive operating experience in consumer internet and e-commerce to his portfolio companies.
His advice to entrepreneurs? Hire great people.

Always think customer, customer, customer.
