Nicolaos G. Alexopoulos

Nicolaos G.
Alexopoulos is currently the VP-Academic Programs & University Relations at Broadcom Foundation.
He previously worked as the Chairman-Electrical Engineering Department at the University of California from 1969 to 1992, a Professor at the University of California, Irvine from 1997 to 2008, and as the Dean of the Henry Samueli School of Engineering & Applied Science.
He also served as the Vice President-RF Technologies & Antennas at Broadcom Corp.
In terms of education, he received his graduate and doctorate degrees in 1967 and 1968, respectively, and his undergraduate degree in 1968, all from the University of Michigan.
He also served as an Independent Director at Energous Corp.
from 2014 to 2015 and from 2018 to 2020.
