Prior to SPX FLOW, Nick worked at Morgan Stanley in the Business Succession Advisory Group in Washington, D.C, where he focused on leveraged buyouts of family-owned businesses.
Over the span of his career, Nick has successfully completed transactions with an aggregate value of over $5.5 billion.
Nick earned an undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary with a major in finance and an MBA from Indiana University with majors in finance and accounting.
Nick lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and their two children.
