Nicholas B. Dunphy

Prior to joining TCW/Crescent, Mr. Dunphy was a Managing Partner and co-founder of Canterbury Capital Partners, and had responsibility for the firm's mezzanine investing activities.
Prior thereto, Mr. Dunphy was the founder of Barclays Mezzanine, held various senior positions at Barclays Bank, and was with the corporate finance group of Toronto Dominion Bank.
Mr. Dunphy received his M.B.A.
from York University and his B.Sc.
from Manchester University.
