Neil Pearce

Neil Pearce has been with Advent since 1982 and has been responsible for managing investments in both UK and US technology companies.
He began his career in computing in the mid 1960s with Unisys and, later, ICL where he gained experience in the direction, commercial and technical management of computing businesses.
He then joined INSAC, the National Enterprise Board's software initiative, becoming group Managing Director in 1979, where he was responsible for operations both in the UK and in North America.
