Minu Mittal

Minu Mittal is the Director of Knowledge Management, where she leads product platforms and processes for sharing best practices and insights across our portfolio and senior executives.
She joined STG in 2022 and her mandate includes delivering best-in-class employee experience via knowledge-sharing processes that are frictionless, intuitive, and self-sustaining.
She has over 20 years of industry experience, where she ideated, delivered, and scaled several innovative products (Proposal Factory, Lessons Learned, AI Search, Expertise Mapping) across industries (Management Consulting, Non-Profit, Biotech, and now Private Equity).
She is a keen follower of new technology trends with an entrepreneurial passion for innovation.
Minu’s holds an MS in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University, where she also served as an adjunct faculty.
She also has an MBA in Finance and IT and a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications.
