Matthew Fox

Matthew Fox joined Vision Ridge in 2022 as the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer.
Matthew also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer of the Firm.
Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Matthew was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of EIG, the Washington D.C.-based private equity firm.
Prior to EIG, Matthew was a corporate associate first at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and later at Covington & Burling LLP, both in New York.
Matthew graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University, with a B.A.
in History, and received his J.D., with distinction, from Stanford Law School, where he was an executive editor of the Stanford Law Review.
