The Others segment engages in the consignment, warehouse and real-estate businesses. It also deals with the transportation of heavy goods to provide safe and reliable services, from design and planning to implementation control, in the areas of transport, installation, and maintenance related to the construction of power, petrochemical and chemical plants. The company was founded by Tokuzo Utsunomiya on March 1, 1890 and is headquartered in Yokohama, Japan.
