Mark Weinstein serves as Senior Vice President & Global Head of Customer Engagement, Loyalty and Partnerships at Hilton.
He and his global team inspire customers to explore, experience and fall in love with the Hilton portfolio of over 5,500 hotels across 16 brands in 109 countries and territories by creating innovative programs, products and partnerships that drive engagement and accelerate commercial performance.
In this role, Mark leads Hilton Honors, Hilton’s 85 million member global guest loyalty program.
He is also responsible for Hilton’s global partnership network of over 130 strategic partners as well as the management of a global portfolio of co-branded credit cards.
In addition, Mark oversees customer engagement, CRM and personalization for Hilton’s 16 hotel brands.
During his time at Hilton, Hilton Honors has been recognized and honored with numerous awards, including being twice named J.
D.
Power’s top loyalty program and awarded three Clio Awards.
Mark joined Hilton from MarketBridge, a sales and marketing strategy consulting firm and prior to that consulted for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
He graduated from the University of Maryland's Robert H.
Smith of Business with degrees in marketing and finance.
