Mark A. Taylor

Mark Taylor is a Director who splits his time between the Birmingham and Reading offices.
He joined Barclays Private Equity in 1994 from Price Waterhouse where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, gaining experience in Audit and Tax before establishing a Corporate Finance Department in the firm’s Windsor office in 1990.
He has over 16 years experience in the private equity and corporate finance markets.
Mark specialises in the Healthcare sector and has played a key role in a number of transactions, particularly in this market, including the public-to-private of The Doctors Healthcare Group and the management buy-outs of Recruitment Solutions Group and Femcare-Nikomed.
