Prior to joining Ariston Capital in 2007, Mr. Jagai had been with Searock Capital Management since June of 2006.
He had been with Dreman Value Management, LLC since 2002 as its Chief Financial Officer responsible for all aspects of financial planning, reporting and compliance.
Prior to joining Dreman Value Management, LLC he worked for Artemis International Solutions Corporation/Opus 360 Corporation as their VP, Finance, after taking Opus 360 Corporation through its initial public offering.
Mr. Jagai has extensive experience in the financial services industry having worked at Smith Management LLC, a private investment company, and the financial services industry practice of Richard A.
Eisner & Company, LLP and Grant Thornton LLP.
He has worked extensively with private investment companies, hedge funds, and venture capital funds in all aspects of tax and financial planning and compliance.
Mr. Jagai holds both a BBA and MBA from Bernard M.
Baruch College, CUNY and is a CPA and a member of the AICPA.
