Linda Strout joined the Port of Seattle in January 1989 and has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer since February 2004.
Dr. Strout is a Member of Artist Trust Board of Trustees, Columbia Legal Services Board of Trustees, and Seattle University - School of Law Alumni Board of Governors.
Previously, she was general counsel from December 1991 to February 2004 at Seattle.
Prior to joining the Port, she was a Principal at Skellenger and Bender.
Dr. Strout received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University).
