Mr. Richards has held positions as Director of a for-profit 4-year proprietary Business College, a small business owner, and from 1968 to 1985, Mr. Richards held positions of managerial responsibility for Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, a subsidiary of AXA Financial, Inc. Mr. Richards earned a B.S.
in Business Administration from Southern Colorado State College in Colorado and a MBA from Pepperdine University, Los Angeles, Ca.
