Kohler has served as General Counsel of Berkley Capital since 2007.
Prior to joining Berkley Capital he was General Counsel of MTM Technologies, Inc. and Vice President - Mergers and Acquisitions for Interliant, Inc., both of which were publically traded technology solution providers.
Earlier in his career he was a corporate lawyer with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and an officer in the United States Army.
John holds a J.D.
from Southern Methodist University School of Law and a B.S.
in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
