Kiernan Bell

Kiernan Bell is currently the Chairman of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce and a Director at Liberty Group Ltd. She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at Atlas Arteria International Ltd. starting in 2023.
In addition, she serves as a Director at the Bermuda Business Development Corp.
since 2013.
Ms. Bell is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the International Bar Association, and INSOL International.
She was previously an Independent Director at the Bermuda Business Development Agency and a Managing Partner at Appleby Global Group Services Ltd. Ms. Bell completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto and her graduate degree at the University of Birmingham.
