Kenneth N.
Ofori-Atta was the founder of Databank Group, established in 1990, where he served as the Executive Chairman from 1990 to 2012.
He was also the founder of Databank Asset Management Services Ltd., founded in 1996, where he held the position of Chairman from 2009 to 2015.
Currently, Mr. Ofori-Atta holds several positions.
He is the Chairman of Ventures & Acquisitions Ltd. since 2011.
He is also the Chairman of Enterprise Life Assurance Co. Ltd., a member of the Governors Board at The ECOWAS Bank for Investment & Development, and a member of the Ghana Investors Advisory Council.
Additionally, he serves as the Minister of Finance for the Government of Ghana.
In his former roles, Mr. Ofori-Atta served as the Executive Chairman of Databank Brokerage Ltd. from 2010 to 2015.
He was also the Chairman of Databank Epack Investment Fund Ltd., Trust Bank Ltd. (Gambia), and International Bank (Liberia) Ltd. Furthermore, he served as a Director at Enterprise Group Plc from 2008 to 2015 and as a Director at BK Group Plc.
Mr. Ofori-Atta pursued his undergraduate studies at The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York.
He also holds an MBA from Yale School of Management.
