Ken J. Krebs

Mr. Krebs is an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of RockBridge.
He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
As General Counsel, he manages RockBridge’s Risk Management Group.
His team is responsible for legal work related to corporate matters, individual investments, and fund-level matters.
Prior to joining RockBridge, Mr. Krebs was an executive and Corporate Counsel with Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. (now JPMorgan).
In this capacity, he provided legal counsel primarily with respect to commercial lending and complex financial transactions with principal legal responsibility for all of Banc One Capital’s real estate-related investment funds.
Prior thereto, he was a partner in private practice at the international law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP.
His practice was devoted primarily to transactional work including business combinations and dispositions, financings, and real estate.
Mr. Krebs received a Bachelor of Arts in History, phi beta kappa, from Cornell University and a Juris Doctorate from Duke University School of Law where he was a Reynolds Scholar.
