Mills, CFA, is a Research Analyst at Trillium Asset Management LLC.
He rejoined Trillium in 2009 and in his analyst roll at the firm is responsible for the Healthcare and Real Estate sectors, but in the past covered the financials, materials, and utilities sectors.
Mr. Mills professional experience includes a decade long career as a Sell side Research Analyst at PaineWebber and UBS Investment Bank where he covered the U.S.
lodging and real estate investment trusts industries.
At those firms, he was a member of PaineWebber’s number one ranked REITs Research Team per Institutional Investor’s All-America Research Team polls in the late 1990s and team leader of UBS’s U.S.
Real Estate and Lodging Research Team during 2003-05.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society Boston.
In 1995, Keith completed a Master of Science in Finance degree from Bentley University.
He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Roger Williams University, where he is a member of the RWU Mario J.
Gabelli School of Business Dean’s Advisory Council.
