Eagle Point Credit Management LLC (Eagle Point) is a SEC-registered investment advisor and hedge fund manager headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut. The firm was founded by Thomas Majewski and Stone Point Capital LLC in 2012. They are a subsidiary of Eagle Point Parent LLC, which is ultimately owned by Trident EP-II Holdings LLC. Eagle Point manages capital on behalf of institutional, high-net worth and retail investors through private funds, separately managed accounts and publicly listed closed-end vehicles.

KLS Diversified Asset Management LP (KLS) is a SEC-registered investment advisor and hedge fund management firm founded in 2007 by Harry Lengsfield, Jeffrey Kronthal and John Steinhardt. Headquartered in New York City, the firm is a subsidiary of KLS Partners LLC. KLS provides discretionary investment advisory services (i) for private investment funds and separately managed accounts, (ii) to the manager of two registered investment companies sponsored by Principal Funds, Inc., and (iii) to a “sub-fund” of an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities authorized in accordance with the UCITS Directive.
